Multi-Ethnic Ministry of North Texas
Join us in ministering to the spiritual, physical, social, and emotional needs of new Americans in North Texas.
- Texas is one of the top immigrant destinations in the United States and in recent years has resettled more refugees than any other state.
- The Dallas-Fort Worth area, in particular, is home to many of these new residents, some of whom may need help learning English, navigating education and health and transportation systems, and adjusting to American culture and being far from their family and homeland.
- In response to these needs, the MEMNT was created on July 1, 2017. The ministry quickly grew as it began reaching out to welcome refugees and immigrants, share the Gospel, and offer assistance. It has served people from countries including China, the Congo, El Salvador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iraq, Mexico, Nepal, the Philippines, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Turkey, Afghanistan, and the United States.
